RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized products, or VVS items, cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All our products can get wet and are made with premium materials so they don’t lose shine or color. That’s why we offer a 15-day warranty on all products covering oxidation, color loss, and product defects. Any of these situations are covered by the warranty, under which you give us the defective product and we give you the same item or one of equal value. After these 15 days, we offer a lifetime warranty on all products, under which each situation will be evaluated and you will be offered a discount of up to 90% to use on our website.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
