– If a stone falls off after a few days of use or you need to repair it due to wear, we offer professional repair service starting at just €30 , with home pickup and delivery. This applies if it's been more than 3 days since you received it.

– If you want to exchange the size or style, you can do so within the first 10 days as long as it's in perfect condition. Return shipping costs €15 , and we handle everything via direct courier.

For customized products:
