This covers oxidations. In addition, we will gladly exchange items that have arrived defective. As long as you send us proof up to 48 hours after receiving it.
If the product arrives in perfect condition and you want to exchange it, you can do so as long as it is in new and unused condition, within the first 14 days, and you are responsible for the shipping.
