OUR STORY
Ice Baby was born in 2023 with a very clear idea: to bring urban jewellery and the style we saw on our favourite artists to a new generation.
From the start, we've worked directly with specialist factories and workshops, looking for the best materials, exclusive designs and pieces that truly fit our culture.
But for us, Ice Baby was never just about selling jewellery. From day one, we put a huge amount of effort into creating content, listening to our community, working with artists and always keeping an eye on what's next: new designs, new trends and new ways to improve our pieces.
Over time, the brand started growing really fast. More orders came in, along with collabs, custom pieces and customers from different countries. And that growth also showed us everything we could do better.
SUMMER 2026
A NEW CHAPTER
In summer 2026, we decided to focus on exactly that.
We moved to Málaga, where we're building a new warehouse and a much stronger setup, ready for the size Ice Baby has reached and for everything we'll do from now on.
Over these months, we've reviewed practically everything about how we work: from how we make a piece to how we prepare an order or look after a customer.
We've improved our production, our delivery times and the control of every order. We've also stepped up our customer service, which is now available 24/7, so there's always someone there when you need help.
QUALITY
BETTER QUALITY, SAME ESSENCE
We've also taken a big step forward in the quality of our jewellery.
We now work with better materials and more demanding manufacturing processes. We've improved our gold plating for a more beautiful finish and greater durability.
On pieces made to our new standard, we use a minimum of 0.5 microns of certified gold, while holding on to something that has always mattered to us: offering great jewellery without pushing it to impossible prices.
We want you to feel the difference when you hold a new Ice Baby piece in your hand. In the finish, the shine, the materials, and in everything that happens after you place your order.
WHAT DOESN'T CHANGE
Our mission is the same as when we started.
To create urban jewellery with personality, to work alongside the music and artists who are part of our culture, and to bring pieces and designs that were once within reach of very few to many more people.
Everything we've learned in these first years has helped us build this new chapter. It's the beginning of something much bigger for Ice Baby.
And we want those of you who've been with us from the start to watch it grow with us.
